Simple Natural Hair Conditioner Recipe

Using too many hair products could do more damage than good to your hair. Commercial conditioners could have good results but the chemicals might take a toll on your hair. Natural conditioners can protect your hair from heat and other unsuitable factors such as poor diet, hormonal imbalance and weather. Take a break from store brand conditioners with this simple natural hair conditioner recipe, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of having conditioned hair minus the chemicals.

Ingredients you will need:

1 Ripe Banana
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Steps to follow:

Put all of these ingredients into the blender. Mix it until you have a paste like consistency. Use your hands to apply this paste evenly onto your hair. Massage your roots if you have a dry scalp. Make sure you apply it to the ends of your hair. Once you’ve applied the paste on your hair, leave it on for around 30 minutes. You can wear a shower cap to prevent the mixture from dripping.

If you’ve kept it for long enough, rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water. The banana is likely to stick to your hair, so you will need to be patient while washing your hair. Once you’re sure that the pack has washed away, shampoo your hair to clear out any residue.

This simple conditioner recipe will make your hair smoother, silkier and healthier. Honey is a great ingredient, a natural ingredient that protects moisture in skin and hair and using this remedy once a week will give you best results.
