Pervez Musharraf (also spelled used Perwez Muszarraf) (born on August 11, 1943 in Delhi) Pakistani general and politician, the president of Pakistan in 2001 - 2008.
In 1961, Pervez Musharraf joined the military academy and began his career in the Pakistani army. In 1998 he became chief of General Staff and addressing this position October 12, 1999, arresting Prime Minister Nawaza Sharifa and solving the parliament.
