One of my favorites is Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry.
Ingredients:

1/2 cup of low sodium
soy sauce
2 tbsps. of lemon juice
1 tbsp. of cornstarch
1 tbsp. of firmly packed
dark brown sugar
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 tsp. of pepper
2 tbsps. of oil, divided
2 pounds of top sirloin,
sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 medium onion, thinly
sliced
4 cups of broccoli florets

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice,
cornstarch, brown sugar, garlic and pepper.
Then set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp. Of oil in a large skillet or wok over
medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until
almost cooked through, about 2 minutes.
Transfer beef to a plate and cover to keep warm.
Heat remaining oil in the skillet, add the onions
and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the broccoli
florets to the skillet with 1/2 cup of water.
Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer
for 3 minutes.
Return beef to skillet with the soy sauce mixture,
Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly,
until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Serve hot.

Here is a little tip about his recipes; If you and your kitchen are wearing what you are cooking, it means you are either very sloppy or you are doing it right. The bigger the mess, the better it usually tastes, at least in my case.

Enjoy, and don’t forget, don’t wear anything nice when cooking, LOL.
