To make an egg hair mask, take an egg white and mix it with a teaspoon of an oil of your preference. Then whip the mixture to create creamy consistency. Apply the mixture across your hair and scalp. Leave it on for about 10 to 20 minutes and rinse it off with cold water and a mild shampoo. Upon drying, your hair will be shinier and after some time, you will notice a significant decrease in hair loss.
- Eating healthy
Consumption of food that is high in fat, deep fried, immersed in hydrogenated oils, filled with artificial sweeteners and refined carbohydrates can trigger hair fall. This is because your body is not getting the required nutrition. By consuming foods such as spinach, almonds, carrots and fish that are rich in vitamin A and E and omega 3 fatty acids, you will be healthy and flaunt thick and luscious locks.
